Tidbits of Vancouver Banner

We love hearing feedback from everybody, big and small. This past week we got a mention from our neighbourhood newspaper, Tidbits of Vancouver. It’s great getting support from your locals!

If you’re in the area, pick up a copy and have the article right in hand. We’re on page 8, Issue #24 (February 24 – March 6, 2012). It’s a free paper with great local findings. Vancouver is a amazing city for sports, fitness, and health. And suspension body weight training is a great way to get a full body workout (cardio, body building and flexibility).
