The Human Trainer Disclaimer
Never use The Human Trainer in any circumstance where you could fall more than 18 inches (.25 meters) to stable ground. Using The Human Trainer in any situation where you are suspended in any way that could potentially increase the chance of injury is not recommended and by doing so, the user assumes full responsibility of their actions.
By using The Human Trainer you agree to the full terms discussed in The Human Trainer manual. Moreover, any usage that is not in compliance with the recommended usage of The Human Trainer is done so at the users own risk. The Human Trainer does not accept any liability for any misuse of The Human Trainer and/or its accessories. Furthermore, by using The Human Trainer you are accepting the responsibility of your actions and are hereby waiving any rights to legal action against The Human Trainer. Should you decide not to waive your legal rights, do not use the product and promptly return it. Should you do so within 90-days, you will be granted a full refund for the cost of the product.
The Human Trainer is constructed with the highest grade industrial materials and is designed to provide the ultimate body weight workout. The Human Trainer is built to last and withstand the most intense training programs. However, improper storage or usage of The Human Trainer may cause premature wear and breakage, which could potentially lead to both severe and minor injuries.
Ensure you always protect The Human Trainer from potential damaging elements when the unit is not in use. Keeping The Human Trainer exposed to sunlight, damp conditions, and extreme heat and cold temperatures for prolonged periods can weaken the nylon and metal components.
Never attach The Human Trainer to a sharp edged anchoring point. Repetitive rubbing against a sharp edge can potentially weaken or tear the nylon material. (Be Careful: Certain door hinges, overhead beams, and support structures may have sharp corners and edges)
If any of the components of The Human Trainer shows signs of wear and tear, immediately replace the components.
Always perform a warm-up of 5 -10 minutes to prepare your muscles prior to using The Human Trainer. (Examples: Jump rope, jogging or other dynamic movements)
– Never swing or play on The Human Trainer.
– Never hang upside down on The Human Trainer.
– Always follow the instructions in the Human Trainer Manual for installation and safe use.
Be sure to always inspect your Human Trainer and all its components before use. Never use The Human Trainer if any of the components are worn or damaged. Always replace any damaged or worn components immediately.
It is very important to use a strong and secure anchoring point that can fully support your body weight. The anchoring point must allow The Human Trainer to safely attach without causing any quick and excessive wear to it. When using any or all of the anchoring attachments, always weight test The Human Trainer by pulling hard on the anchoring and main straps.
For additional safety, make sure the floor surface you will be performing the exercises on is not wet or slippery. Failure to do so could potentially lead to both severe and minor injuries.
When performing exercises using the handles, make sure you have a secure grip and always ensure the carabiners are correctly attached to the D-Rings on the main straps. For additional safety, weight test The Human Trainer handles by pulling hard before using.
Failure to adhere to The Human Trainer Manual safety guidelines may result in minor or severe injury. The user assumes the full risk of injury and all liability resulting from the use of The Human Trainer and all of its components.

Acceptance of Terms Through Use
By using the Ripcords Resistance Bands, Door Hook, Circuit 7 or any related products, information, website or instructional DVD (the “Products”), you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms”). The Human Trainer and its subsidiaries (“Ripcords”, “Astone Fitness”) reserves the right to change these Terms, and your continued use of the Products constitutes your agreement to all such changes. Please check the Terms periodically for changes.
Use of the Products
In consideration of the use of the Products you agree as follows:
You represent that as of the date of your acceptance of these Terms you are 19 years of age or older, and you have not made any representations with respect to your physical health or suitability to commence a fitness program or use the Products.You acknowledge and agree that: use of the Products is not a replacement for cardiovascular training or proper diet, the testimonials included with or referred to in the Products may include the testimonials of those who utilized other cardiovascular exercise to achieve their reported results, results will vary and any weight loss realized through use of the Product may be temporary; the Products must be properly cared for which care includes the following: (i) not allowing the Products to be stored in direct heat, cold, sunlight, the outdoors or in a stretched position; (ii) not allowing the Products to come in contact with sharp edges, chemicals or cleaning agents other than warm water and mild soap; and (iii) not allowing the Products to be overstretched; use of the Products must be done in compliance with all safety information provided or available from Ripcords including but not limited to the following: (i) Ripcords Resistance Bands and the related Products must never be wrapped around your or another’s neck, wrists, legs or any other body part; (ii) the Door Hook attachment must only be used on the hinged side of a locking door while said door is locked and unable to be opened unexpectedly; (iii) the handles on the Ripcords Resistance Bands must not be attached to one’s foot or any other movable object; (iv) prior to each and every use of the Products you must examine the Products for any cracking, cuts, tears or other wear and tear and if any of the same is discovered the Products must not be used; (v) the Products may contain trace amounts of latex and are not suitable for those with latex allergies; (vi) before each and every use of the Products you should warm up; and (vii) you should consult your doctor before using the Products or commencing any fitness program; and your use of the Products is done at your own risk.
Assumption of Risks
You acknowledge that the use of the Products involves certain risks, dangers and hazards including but not limited to serious bodily injury and death, and that injuries are a common occurrence during resistance training and other fitness programs.
You freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers and hazards associated with the use of the Products.
Release of Liability, Waiver of claims, assumption of risks
In consideration of the use of the Products, you hereby agree as follows:
To waive any and all claims that you have or may in the future have against The Human Trainer. and its subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) and to release the Releasees from any and all liability for any damage, expense or injury including death that you may suffer, or that your next of kin may suffer, resulting from or arising out of any aspect of your use of the Products, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty of care, or in respect of the provision or failure to provide any warnings, directions or instructions as to the use of the Products or the risks, dangers and hazards of using the Products; these Terms shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of your death or incapacity; and these Terms and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction and any litigation involving the parties to this Release Agreement shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia.
The Stretch Buddy Disclaimer
IMPORTANT! Please take the time to read these instructions before you start using the STRETCH BUDDY flat resistance bands and stretch strap. Prior to starting, see your physician, warm up and inspect your equipment. It is your responsibility to make sure you are physically able and the equipment is sound enough to use every time you start.
By using your stretch buddy you release the human trainer and its affiliated companies from any and all liability stemming from the use of stretch buddy products.
Do not wrap stretch buddy products (including but not limited to straps or flat resistance bands) around any part of your body not specifically shown in the instruction booklet, including wrists, legs or any other body part. wrapping stretch buddy around body parts may result in injury. never, under any circumstances wrap stretch buddy near or around your neck. wrapping stretch buddy around the neck may result in choking. at all times, keep stretch buddy out of the reach of small children.
CARE AND CAUTION – READ CAREFULLY
All STRETCH BUDDY products have undergone manufacturers testing and examination. Please take the time to read over the following safety precautions and follow the easy care steps. It is recommended that you consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
Do not allow your STRETCH BUDDY flat resistance bands to do the following as they promote premature wear and tear.
a) Rest in direct heat or cold
b) Be stored in direct sunlight
c) Be left outdoors for prolonged periods of time
d) Come in contact with sharp edges
e) Be stored in a stretched position
